Make a Passport Photo Print Sheet

Crop your photo to a standard size, then print several copies on one sheet. Everything happens in your browser, so your photo is never uploaded.

How to make a passport photo sheet

  1. Choose a clear photo of your face, taken straight on.
  2. Pick the photo size and the paper, and the number of photos you want. Leave the number empty to fill the sheet.
  3. Drag the picture so your face sits where you want it, and use the slider to zoom.
  4. Press Create sheet, then download the JPG or the PDF.
  5. Print at 100% (actual size). Do not use fit to page, or the photos will come out the wrong size.

Before you print

  • Take the photo in daylight against a plain, light wall, with your face straight on and no filters. The rules for head size, background and expression differ for each document and country, and this tool does not check them. Read the requirements for your own document first.
  • This tool crops and arranges the photo. It does not change the background or retouch your face.
  • Normal spacing leaves margins and gaps, and works on most printers. Tight spacing packs the photos edge to edge for borderless printing. If your printer cuts off the edges, use Normal.
  • The sheet is made at 300 dpi. Print it on photo paper at a print shop, or on a home printer, and check the first print with a ruler.
  • Need the photo for an online form instead? Download the single photo, then use the photo and signature resizer to set a size in KB and pixels.
