Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026. This page explains what information DocSizer handles and what it does not.

In short

The files you add to our tools are processed in your browser, on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.

Files you add to our tools

When you add a photo, signature or PDF to a DocSizer tool, your browser reads and changes the file locally. The result is created on your device and offered to you as a download. We do not receive, store or have access to your files, and closing or refreshing the page clears them from the tool.

Information we may collect

  • Server logs. Like most websites, our web server may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. They are used to keep the site running and secure, and are handled by our hosting provider.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use it only to reply and to improve the site.
  • Analytics. We may use an analytics service, such as Google Analytics, to see which pages are used and how the site performs. These services may collect information such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view.

Cookies and advertising

The website itself uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If we use analytics or show advertising, for example through Google AdSense, those services may set their own cookies or similar technologies to measure use and to show ads.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can manage personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Links to other websites

Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Children

DocSizer is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How long we keep information

Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for as long as it needs them for security and operation. We keep emails for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete an email conversation by writing to contact@docsizer.com. You can also use your browser settings to limit or remove cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes, for example when we add new tools or services. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
